Through seamless collaboration with Matter Architecture Practice, the exhibition designer, Zone Display Cases responsively adapted to the Norton's budget constraints and demanding timeline and delivered a sophisticated installation which stunningly showcases the collection.
Challenge
The installation itself was also challenging, as most cases were built into niches that were constructed by a general contractor. This required additional work on-site and several adjustments.
Solutions
Zone Display Cases opted for a unique and unconventional design. The construction methodology that involved the use of different construction materials and required the involvement of several subcontractors, delivering beautiful cases within their budget and timeline.
