The 145 Biltmore Condominiums by MHA provide residents with expansive views of the surrounding downtown Asheville area. With 34 units on the corner of South Lexington and Biltmore Avenue and large balconies, there is visual access on all sides of the building.
Balcony Design
Given this extensive use of balconies, the choice of the railing was a significant factor in the design process. Hollaender’s Interna-Rail® with Welded Mesh Infill is used throughout the balcony spaces and complements the modern aesthetic. The Interna-Rail® is highly durable and non-corrosive, making it ideal for outdoor applications such as the 145 Biltmore Condominiums. Overall, Hollaender’s Interna-Rail® allowed the project to be completed on time and within the budget, while maintaining a sophisticated look.
Interna-Rail® Benefits
