Characteristics
Adjustable, durable, modular elements
The Lend Lease Corporation is an Australian multinational property developer, and in 2016 their headquarters relocated to the 14th floor of Tower Three, a building within the International Towers complex in Sydney. This prestigious collection of skyscrapers by architect Rogers Stirk Harbor + Partners is characterized by striking technological connotations. Created with innovative sustainability technology, Tower Three uses solutions aimed at improving the interior environment and the well-being of its occupants.
Interior Furnishings - UniFor Workstations
To complement this, the same approach was adopted for the interior design of the Lend Lease office. Using customized pieces from UniFor's furniture collections, the workspaces are conceived as functional and comfortable areas for collaborative engagement.
In particular, the meeting tables in various shapes and sizes and the open-plan workstations, with a fixed or height-adjustable top, stand out for their unique structural solution: supported by a single (two for the larger elements) central elliptical column and that is securely anchored to the base under the access floor, these components combine comfort with extremely light-weight shapes. UniFor furniture elements are used throughout the office including:
- 452 height adjustable workstations
- 1,380 fixed workstations
- 13 meeting rooms
