Inspired by the industrial glamour of 1930s Manhattan, designer Søren Rose developed the bold and timeless Tribeca series. Rose experimented with beautiful old Art Deco lamps and reusable parts, rearranging and mixing them together to create an elegant, retro-chic array of lamps, pendants, and chandeliers. The elongated arms of the Tribeca Chambers Chandelier expand into space in a manner both sculptural and pragmatic, demonstrating how simple a beautiful lighting solution can be.
Drawing on its minimalist Scandinavian roots and impressions of American industrialism, each retro-chic lamp combines elegant details with a decidedly engineered aesthetic. The name of the series derives from the acronym for the district in Lower Manhattan that forms the triangle below Canal Street.
