Over 50 years ago, the Gyrofocus rotating, suspended central fireplace in a woodburning version from Focus came to fame on the global fireplace market. The Gyrofocus won multiple international awards which prompted the creation of the Focus Gyrofocus Gas fireplace.
This suspended, central gas fireplace pivots 100°. The system is remote controlled, odorless, and with no particle emissions. The gas -butane or propane- is led through the made-to-measure flue and becomes genuine flames amongst the ceramic logs.
Suitable for both homes, and hospitality applications, Focus has exhibited the Gyrofocus design has been exhibited in the Bordeaux Contemporary Art Museum (1996), the National Centre of Contemporary Art in Grenoble (1997), and in New York's Guggenheim Museum (1998).
