This 25 storey building in downtown Oakland, USA was designed by M. Arthur Gensler & Associates and completed in 1991. The tower has been sited as to create a generous public plaza to the street.
A recent upgrade has seen the interior spaces re-imagined to suit contemporary workplace standards. Spectrum Lighting has been integral to this upgrade providing lighting solutions that accentuate the striking contemporary design. The main space has been designed as collaborative meeting and working spaces that connect to the primary office spaces above. This ground floor is a central meeting space that directs visitors and workers through the building.
