The rooftop on the third floor is a favorite amongst visitors with magnificent views of Lake Okanagan and the City park. Careful planning allotted 200 seats and is complete with shuffle boards, heaters and ShadeFX’s retractable roofs for a three-season rooftop patio.
Traveling to Okanagan Valley for ShadeFX’s ‘white glove service’, the Service Team was responsible for a site assessment, measure up and installation.

ShadeFX customized seven retractable roofs adding nearly 1700 square feet of sun and rain protection. Four of the roofs are installed using a ‘kissing’ application where the roofs extend towards each other creating a water-tight seal.
Extra blocking was added to the pergola to support the 55’ long gutters and track systems which are powder coated black to match the stained structure. An Arcade FR waterproof and fire-retardant fabric is applied in a neutral taupe. When the restaurant is ready to ‘winterize’ the patio, the roofs are simply retracted back.
