Inspired by the curving forms and materials used in the local waterfront, this terrazzo project uses natural materials thoughtfully to create a welcoming elegance. Soft, warm tones and delicate lines of randomly intersecting brass ring inlays maintain a neutral underlay to the textures of the space. The terrazzo floor and contoured terrazzo fascia panels give the lobby a plainspoken yet timeless feel. Aggregates supplied by Terrazzo & Marble-Supply Companies include large rock and mother-of-pearl which reference the location, which is characterized by sand, sea, and sunlight.
