Guillotine Windows in Wooden Cabin | Libart

Located in the forest of New York state USA, this cabin was designed to allow the clients to be close to nature with the comfort and amenity of a contemporary home. The selection of a suitable door and window system was essential to achieving this vision, maximising views and allowing options for natural ventilation and operability.

The designer selected Libart’s Panoramic Doors and Windows that retract vertically to reduce obstructive central frames. The windows are automatically operated and the frames are thermally broken for with insulated glass for thermal comfort.
