META is the minimalist bathroom faucet range from Dornbracht. The body is reduced to the basic geometric shape of a cylinder and honed to the last detail. Its clear lines with flowing transitions and precise radii ensure a harmonious design. The spout has been further slimmed down, the aerator seamlessly integrated. Since its launch in 1995, METAwas one of the most radical designs of its kind, and since then, the development of the series’ minimalist design language has been consistent and evolutionary.

Variants

The META, META Slim and META Pure variants of washstand offer three different control concepts – each further reducing the design.

• META
  The Meta series of bathroom fittings has embodied contemporary minimalism since it first launched.
• META Slim
  A particularly unobtrusive design, the mechanism is hidden inside the static head of the fitting. The gap between the head and the body is reduced to a minimum, to emphasize the slender lines.
• META Pure
  An incredibly minimalist design with a twist controller instead of a lever and a resource-efficient control concept that saves water and energy with soft-click technology. With its delicate structure and technoid look and feel, META Pure is shown to particular advantage in matte black, one of three finishes available for this variant.

Applications

• META Basin
  META offers flexible solutions for washstand use: from wall and deck mounted fittings with different projections, to raised base variants, to a 3-hole version and spouts with hands-free operation.
• META Bathtub
  The METAseries for tub applications includes the free-standing single-lever tub mixer with a high spout. META also provides numerous convenient solutions: rim or wall mounting, exposed or concealed, mixer or thermostat.
• META Shower
  META offers many different solutions for flexibility in the shower – noteworthy for example is the single-lever shower riser and the concealed single-lever mixer with integrated shower connection, complete hand shower sets with integrated shower connection, exposed or concealed solutions, single-lever mixers and thermostats and all the options of the Dornbracht shower portfolio with multiple outlets and modules.

Finishes

Individual finishes: classic to playful
With its three different finish collections, META offers countless individual design options for minimalistic bathroom fittings. In addition to the polished chrome, platinum matte and black matte finishes, META is also available in additional finish collections FASHION and ARCHITECTURAL.
