KEIM Soldalit® is a sol-silicate facade paint for universal use based on a combination of KEIM potassium silicate and silica sol binding agents. The solution forms a chemical bond to mineral substrates and a mechanical bond to existing paint coatings.

KEIM Soldalit is based on the sol-silicate principle created by KEIM combining silica sol and potassium silicate gave rise to a binding agent that not only works very effectively on mineral substrates but also shows excellent adhesion on old dispersion-bound coatings and renders.
Soldalit® Arte
KEIM Soldalit-Arte emphasizes the original character and texture of a substrate; it dispenses with the unnatural pressure for sterile perfection and accentuates the natural. It is a Sol-silicate-based titanium dioxide-free exterior paint for coatings with a particular color depth and brilliance.
The color pigments in titanium dioxide-free paints are not masked by the white pigment, they can develop space and depth in the clear binding agent and display their brilliance and vibrancy which again strongly emphasizes the original texture and materiality of the substrate. Changing light and daytimes provide changing color impressions. And when natural paints become wet they appear even darker and stronger.

Soldalit® Coolit
Coolit is particularly well suited for the renovation and coating of sound dispersion- and silicone resin-based coatings and renders as well as for mineral substrates. KEIM coatings with Coolit-Technology increase the lifespan of facades with a specific, thermal strain, particularly in case of dark and intensive color shades.
The sol-silicate paint is engineered to reduce solar heating when using dark color shades. Solar radiation can become a problem for facades: Temperature fluctuations entail tensions which may damage the render. Coatings with KEIM Coolit-Technology have a specific pigmentation which absorbs less solar energy. They reduce noticeably the thermal absorption of the facade surfaces and temperature-related tensions in the render structure are avoided.

Soldalit® ME
KEIM Soldalit-ME is a highly specialized, sol-silicate exterior paint with a photocatalytic action for organic, mineral and mixed substrates and on ETICS. Photocatalytically active, it reduces harmful gases (e.g. NOx, VOC's) and organic pollutants.
With Soldalit-ME and light, the mineral facade can become a catalyst to break down harmful substances. During the process of catalysis, a substance is stimulated by light to initiate a chemical reaction, without being consumed. This activates oxidation processes and organic substances and nitrogen oxides are decomposed.
Facades coated with KEIM Soldalit®-ME promote the decomposition of air pollutants and the photocatalysis reduces the accumulation of spores and decomposes algae and organic dirt.

KEIM Silicate Paints
KEIM silicate paints are anti-static and non-thermoplastic. This is why they remain clean and beautiful for a long time. The application is the same as any ready-to-use paint and can be done directly from the bucket, Soldalit dries homogeneously and has a fantastic coverage.
The breakdown of the binding agent in old organic coatings due to the influence of UV is stopped, and the structural-physics properties of the facade are maintained. KEIM Soldat is completely UV and color stable.
