In the following residential units, Swisspearl panels have been used on facades to integrate the buildings into their surroundings, renovate historic buildings or clad stylish new-builds.
Set in the forests of Gothenburg, the double-storey, single-family house sits comfortably in a rural setting perched above a rock bed, elevating it above the landscape and optimizing the surrounding view.
Swisspearl Panels - Carat Black Opal 7020
The simple, cabin-like architecture, creates a retreat from city life. The building consists of an orthogonal volume, the corner of which has been sliced away to create an elevated balcony that opens out from the kitchen and living spaces on the first floor.
The cladding material choice expressed the customer's desire for contemporary construction. The large-format Swisspearl cement composite panels accomplish a modern look. The large-scale windows allow a great amount of daylight into the house as well as a view overlooking the dark lake water.
