The Monad Terrace project is one of the most anticipated developments in Miami Beach. The project will feature a giant lagoon in its center and a bay-facing double-height lobby with a porte-cochère.
This 59-unit luxury condo designed by architect Jean Nouvel and constructed by JDS Development includes a Sales Gallery a few blocks from the place to allow potential buyers the opportunity to experience what would be like to live in this amazing project. The organization chose Linvisibile doors as a key element in its design, portraying an elegant living space. The gallery will soon be available as an event space for organizations of the community and Miami nonprofit groups.
For the Sales Gallery project, LINVISIBILE furnished 4 highly tailored doors. The products were previously chosen as finishing details for this application.
In addition, LINVISIBILE offered a complete service experience supporting the clients in the designing of their products, installation, and transportation with the help from our local partner Strato Ambienti. Linvisibile also provided extra visits on site after the installation for hinge regulations.
ALBA - Filo 10 Hinged doors
Linvisibile Filo 10 Hinged door is the exclusive door that thanks to its panel thickness of 102 mm, allows a perfect flush with the wall on both sides of the panel. The product stands out for only a 3 mm perimeter gap between the panel and the wall.
Like all Linvisibile products, Filo 10 Hinged door is distinguished by the use of concealed hinges and the absence of door frames or jambs to achieve seamless continuity between wall and door. It can be coated with almost any type of material (metal, stone, leather) to create special atmospheres, in a tasteful way. There are lacquered (glossy or matt) and wooden versions offered as well.
