1. Objective of the Competition
-This competition aims to have a creative design scheme that can become a landmark of the region as well as a complex space that can contain various activities of visitors by integrating a museum and a library in Neighborhood Park No. 14 located in Geomdan New Town, Incheon, Korea.

-Estimated Construction Cost : Approx. KRW 91,454,000,000(VAT Incl.)
-Estimated Design Fee : KRW 4,978,000,000(VAT Incl.)
-Site location : Geomdan new town, inside the Neighborhood park No. 14
-Site area : Approximately 26,500 m2

3. Eligibility​
-Qualifications for participation are for domestic and foreign architects and can participate alone or jointly.
-Joint applications are allowed up to 3 people

-1ST: Priority Negotiation for Design Contract
-2ND: KRW 40,000,000
-3RD: KRW 30,000,000
-4TH: KRW 20,000,000
-5TH: KRW 10,000,000

-Honorary mention: KRW 5,000,000 for each
