The Estonian Academy of Arts (EAA) is welcoming applications for the international summer school — 2018 Tallinn Summer Academy of Art, Design and Architecture – Presence & Possibilities! Application deadline: 6 May.
The programme will offer a selection of courses in various visual culture research and artistic disciplines, focusing on innovative, solution-seeking, salient topics: cooperation between the natural environment and humans in nature, mapping roads and traffic to improve the efficacy of investments into public space, Estonian artistic life in the regional and international context, linking art and technology in clay 3D printing, bringing a fading skill to Estonia for restoring haute couture clothing, taking a look into the future of interaction design, etc. The teaching staff of the summer academy includes leading educators, researchers and artists from the EAA and partner universities. Most of the courses are free and the teaching language is English.

• The Contemporary Art Field in Estonia
• Wood and Design
• The Anatomy of Couture
• Interaction Design Tomorrow
• Flooded Summer School

• How to Develop User Experience (UX) as a Key Component of Branding
