This house is located in a flat of dunes, near the beach of Laguna Verde. At the height of a person, the place has no distant views, so one of the main requirements of the client was trying to obtain them.
Meanwhile, the condo, where the construction is located, does not allow any type of fence, which makes the customer´s requirement affordable. Finally, the client emphasized that he wanted the house to have a principal area where all the group activities could take place.
These were the most important factors in determining the setting of the house. On the first floor all bedrooms are located and on the second floor you find the living room, dining room, kitchen and terrace, forming a large open space facing the views the client wanted. In addition, this large area is connected to ground floor by an exterior staircase of 76cm.
This staircase was thought as the most important element of the project, as it makes the house not be isolated from the “beach life”, which takes place mainly outdoors. The staircase makes the terrace located on the second floor be in permanent connection with the beach.
