Our job has been from finding the place up to the full construction of the building. We have gone through all the process: we have gathered all the necessary licenses, designed the corporate image, among others.
It is a rectangular building of 44.80 x29, 94 m, designed for storage and distribution of pharmaceutical products, with auxiliary spaces for locker rooms, offices and dispatch. The offices are located on the first floor.
The west facade has shortcuts from vial A. The development of the building is longitudinal so to allow a possible development to the east, where you will find zones of unloading goods.
The building tries to project a simple, compact and modular geometry. All prefabricated, but not the ground-hugging podium. The project has a very low cost regarding the price / quality obtained.
Throughout the drafting process it has dominated the criteria of: functionality, efficiency of distribution and use, objectives of minimal maintenance of the facility, and natural light so to avoid the usual darkness of this type of constructions.
The project has tried to be as simple as possible. Thus, the principal materials of the building are precast concrete and steel, which is treated with clear matte varnish and natural pine wood.
We have incorporated into the building blue and red granite in all solid and durable materials, which will not require any care. In addition, the huge rocks in the area are used to create the containment walls, as improvement of holder sills, and even used for making pavement.
