The RIBA just launched the 2012 Norman Foster Travelling Scholarship award, open to students of all RIBA-accredited architecture schools in the UK and abroad.
While the destination is chosen by the student, the research proposal must be related to the survival of towns and cities. Architecture schools may submit one entrant into the scheme and each institution has its own method of selecting a student. The winning award receives a grant of £6,000 to fund a research trip overseas and the deadline for entries is March 26, 2012. For more information, please visit here.
