The general design concept promotes and treats project ideas like green buildings. A number of integrated elements, materials, installation and control systems were included to help protect the environment. The business center is organized in four office towers. The blocks, which are oriented towards the vertical corridors provide a hight degree of flexibility of operations. Each business unit has a fully independent treatment.
The square of the project is constructed above the underground garage, which provide an adequate number of parking spaces for all users of the facility. The green goals of the project aim not only to enrich the visual, but also to contribute to air quality as a green barrier from roads. The ground floor and gallery provides a common purpose area for the whole business complex with facilities such as congress halls, receptions areas, and other additional areas. Offices are designed as open spaces, providing visibility, and are accessible through unique multi–level corridors by elevators and stairways.
