ExxonMobil is developing a new office campus in north Houston, Texas. Master planned and designed by Pickard Chilton, the complex will serve and consolidate employees currently working in a variety of locations in greater Houston.
Pickard Chilton’s design for the new office complex comprises multiple low-rise office buildings, a laboratory, conference and training centers and facilities such as child care, a wellness center and other employee amenities.
Currently under construction on a 385-acre wooded site, the office complex has been designed to high standards of energy efficiency and environmental stewardship. The new campus will provide a high-quality working environment and promote new opportunities for employee collaboration.
Employees will move in phases as the buildings are constructed, beginning early 2014. Full occupancy for Houston-based employees is expected by 2015.
