“URBAN MENUS Educational”: Digital test training for resilient urban development starts in autumn 2024!
Under the title “Dialogue with a Resilient Future,” we offer contemporary training in participatory and sustainable urban and regional development, supported by Virtual and Augmented Reality tools.
Gain insights into e-learning focused on data and impact assessment with Green Deal references, as well as training with smart development VR/AR tools for effective stakeholder collaboration. Discover URBAN MENUS Educational for scenario building and impact calculation. Experience a European neighbourhood development case in VR—likely featuring Messina in Sicily (Italy). Find inspiration for sustainable measures with our Innovation Cards featuring AR extensions.
The start is anticipated for September 25, 2024; the training will be available online with live sessions in October in Vienna, Barcelona, Brussels, and Milan. Participation is free, with access to materials and tools included! Additional workshops on peripheral and inner-city development are planned for January and June 2025.
The training is led by a European consortium with members from Austria, Belgium, Italy, and Spain, as well as an associated partner from Ukraine. It is initiated by Laura P. Spinadel from BUSarchitektur in Vienna, a holistic architect and pioneer of the “compact city” concept. Those who complete the entire course can earn the “URBAN MENUS Diploma in Resilient City Development.” The offer is part of an ERASMUS+ vocational training project.
