Competition Objective:
The objective of the competition is to revitalize a portion of Tchoupitoulas Street, connecting the CBD to the residential stretch of Uptown New Orleans. Applicants will be required to analyze and revitalize a specific site along Tchoupitoulas while envisioning & implementing innovative design strategies that could be replicated along the corridor to create a vibrant, inclusive, and pedestrian-friendly street that incorporates the unique history, culture and character of New Orleans.
