Who we are:

Founded in 1986, GGLO is a 100+ person firm of architecture, landscape architecture, interior design, and urban design professionals with offices in Boise, Los Angeles, and Seattle. GGLO focuses on mixed-use projects with a combination of housing (market-rate, affordable, active adult senior, and student), retail, hospitality, and office environments. Our deep experience in multifamily mixed-use design is married to our commitment to environmental sustainability, our sensitivity to context, and our ability to design in extraordinary ways even in ordinary circumstances. We bring innovative ideas and new approaches to solving design problems. Over our 37-year history, we have become leaders in creating holistic, mixed-use properties domestically and internationally. We look at projects from the inside out and from the outside in, incorporating disciplines, uses, and stakeholders to achieve design solutions. These solutions shape our contemporary culture and make places in which people can fully experience community, well-being, and beauty. We are known for our ability to thoughtfully orchestrate transitional spaces among various uses in ways that make spaces feel good as you move through them. Our approach has garnered compliments from end users, led to successful projects for our clients, and helped to foster communities wherever our projects are located.
