Who we are:

Freyer & Laureta, Inc. (F&L) is an award-winning consulting engineering firm with offices in San Francisco, Novato, and Oakland. F&L provides civil engineering, surveying and mapping, and construction management services for a wide range of infrastructure and development projects. Our presence in the Bay Area and experience with numerous public agencies allow our team members to incorporate local knowledge into our projects. Our team also understands that as consultants, we need to be thoughtful in our approach to assist clients with solving the correct issue with their identifying needs. With this understanding and our desire to provide excellent service, we have established an engineering reputation with several agencies and cities throughout the Bay Area.
