Park City is a new gated community development in Hanoi, each of the 30 villas included a Cibes Home Lift as a centerpiece. Filled with modern touches throughout the houses, the minimalistic home lift from Cibes was a suitable choice.
The project was unique in that the decision to include a lift came late in the design process making the area very limited for a lift to fit in. The innovative space-saving design of Cibes Home Lifts allowed a 4-5 person lift while using minimal standing space.
The lifts were designed to have only 3 glass sides rather than all four, with one side consisting of steel panels that were placed against the wall. This still ensured a feeling of openness while mitigating the issue of having to clean between the wall and the shaft.
The finishes were selected to match the ironworks used extensively throughout the house, with dominant colors being shiny black and dark stained wood. The lifts also included luxurious carpet flooring.
