Tom Dixon's wall and surface lights offer contemporary designs suited for multiple applications. Easily mount surface lights on ceilings, floors, and everything in between. The collection offers a range of colors and materials with different light refractions and experiences.
Melt An organic and imperfect form that creates a natural style of light. The form evokes concepts of molten glass, a melting glacier, and images of deep space. The lighting fixtures are created using blow molding and vacuum metalization to create highly reflective organic shapes. Melt is available as a pendant, chandelier, surface, floor, and table light. | Spot A collection of highly functional and decorative lamps. The body consists of a copper plate stainless steel frame with an extremely thick glass lens that refracts the light of the integrated LEDs. Suited for a variety of applications, using a magnetic fixing at the top to articulate different angles, can be used in humid and wet environments. | Beat Inspired by a re-purposed water vessel, the forms of Beat are made by craftsmen from India, in an effort to develop and maintain the skills of street metalworkers. Using existing brasswork techniques used on cooking pots and water vessels, existing objects are hand-raised, welded, beaten, and skimmed into functional forms that reflect the golden light. |
Press The thickest industrially Pressed glass artifacts were designed and engineered to catch and refract light, and to last forever. Press is a series of heavyweight grooved lighting, vases, bowls, and candleholders made of fat, chunky coils of pure and clear transparent glass. | Plane Simple yet bold geometry defines the Plane collection. Made from a brass-plated steel frame and a double-layered white glass sphere creating a mysterious optical illusion. The collection includes chandeliers, wall lights, and pendants. | Globe A minimalist collection focusing on the spherical form, the spherical orb is highly reflective in the day. It reveals an assortment of internal reflections from the integral LED when switched on. Globe is available in copper and chrome finishes as a pendant, floor light, and chandelier. |
Stone Inspired by the materiality of the Taj Mahal, the stone collection includes lighting and other accessories that create sculptural pieces. Each product comprises solid white Morwad marble and shiny brass elements. | Void Semi-precious metals pressed, spun, and brazed into complex double‑walled shades; Void is the result of a challenge to create a luminous pendant that mysteriously conceals its light source. When treated, base metals can be transformed into extraordinary semi-precious objects from hanging pendants to surface lights with an ethereal luminosity. | Opal A collection of translucent globes made with Tom Dixon’s unique tinted white opalescent polycarbonate. The series of monochromatic forms with pure shape and color are designed as wall, pendant, and floor lights. The result is a soft and diffused light suited for interior and exterior spaces. |
