DECO's aluminium architectural products are on display in a collection of distinctive architectural features; an upper-level batten facade, the garage door and deck of the external entertainment area, and front porch.
Batten Facade
The upper level of the house features a DecoBatten facade screen. This feature provides privacy and sunshading to the upper level bedrooms while maintaining natural daylight and ventilation to the rooms within. From the street, the DecoBatten screen creates a striking composition that changes dynamically through the day as the sun casts shadows against the facade and appears as a lantern at night glowing from within.
Garage Door
At street-level, the home presents a sleek aspect with the garage door seamlessly integrated into the ground floor facade with the use of DECO's DecoClad ‘V-Groove’ aluminium woodgrain cladding. Using the same 'Spotted Gum' finish as the DecoBatten facade screen above serves to create a unified look to the house. This durable and low-maintenance finish ensures that the high-use area of the garage door retains its aesthetic appeal well into the future.
Deck
The external entertainment areas, including the pool-side deck and front porch are comprised of DECO's solid aluminium decking, DecoDeck. Coordinated in a 'Spotted Gum' finish, this timber-look deck seeks to replicate the form, feel and appearance of a natural timber deck. DecoDeck is extremely durable with the marine-grade powder coated finish providing a low maintenance solution that is suitable for environments with high UV exposure and sea-salt spray.
