Moonlight Molds, Inc. manufactures architectural cast products including, but not limited to, decorative columns, cove moulds, cornices, crown moulds, ceiling domes, light troughs and ceiling vaults.
Our interior products are made of GRG (Glass Reinforced Gypsum). GRG is a high strength composite material that is lightweight and nonflammable.Our GRG products are designed tc install easily using conventional drywall techniques, tools and attaching hardware.
We produce exterior products cast in FRP (Fiberglass Reinforced Plastic), GFRC (Glass Fiber Reinforced Cement) and Precast Concrete. FRP and GFRC are a lightweight, thin shell product which can be cast with a paint grade finish or supplied with an integral color and/or texture. Our GFRC products weigh about as much per square foot as a typical stucco wall. This allows our cast shapes to be attached to framing systems that are designed to carry the weight of portland cement plaster.
Moonlight Molds, Inc. has been supplying quality products to the building industry since 1984. We have worked on a wide assortment of projects varying from monumental high-rises to single family residences. Our manufacturing facility is located in Gardena, California with over 279,000 square feet of office, production, storage and yard space. Our products can be shipped to virtually any destination via truck, container, air freight, etc.
