The PILARES Program Seeks to Bring Beautiful Design to Mexico City’s Neglected Neighborhoods

Located in the Iztapalapa neighborhood, architect Rozana Montiel’s PILARES, Pedro Vélez, distributes its forums and classrooms across two stories, which are interconnected through a series of landscaped patios and corridors.
