A striking feature of this model: the two bold lengthwise grooves along the three-section table top. They emphasise the length in addition to the wood grain. The twin legs, recessed inwards, are made from cast aluminium lacquered in colour, and give the table excellent stability despite its light, graceful appearance. The lines and position of the underframe are directly related to the manner in which the table top is divided up. In this way, the table top and underframe form a single visual entity.

GTV celebrates 100 years from Otto Wagner’ s passing (11th of April, 1918), reinterpreting the POSTSPARKASSE armchair he designed in 1906 for the namesake headquarters of the Post Office Savings Bank in Vienna. Combining minimalism, exclusivity and eye for detail, POSTSPARKASSE represents a clear expression of modern Viennese art, introducing for the first time the use of wood with a square cross-section - instead of a round one -, which defines its rigorous profile. The Special Edition is characterised by the details in copper which personalize the embracing and ergonomic structure in solid bent beech wood and by the upholstery from the Maharam collection defined by a peculiar decoration by Josef Hoffman, Otto Wagner’ s scholar, among the Viennese Secession founders. Bent beech-wood armchair with copper details. Seat upholstered in Maharam fabric designed by Josef Hoffmann in 1913. Height 84 Width 170 Depth 90

In Giotto Stoppino’s artistic production, the tubular metal represented a design paradigm around which to build an imaginary full of possibilities and the symbol of industrial production at the service of design. The Jot chair is one of the greatest expressions of this study, a synthesis perfect between form and function. A chair with an essential and sinuous line, designed by the metal tube in contrast with the naturalness of the hand-sewn leather. The particular design exploits the inherent flexibility of the curved metal and the structural characteristics of malleability and strength of the saddle-hide leather to give greater comfort to the seat. This aspect has been further improved in the current version, now with back entirely in saddle-hide leather, without the rear metal bar foreseen in the original version from the 70s. Frame and upholstery Chair with metal frame available in matt black nickel or chrome painted finishes. Double saddle-hide upholstery in black, dark grey, turtledove and natural. Dimensions L48.5 D58 H79
