The building is part of a set of trapezoidal shape that creates a courtyard. The building is divided into two volumes, a linear and rectangular block disposed along the street Sas, and another L-shaped block resting on the road. The elevation of the street facade is formed by the articulation of the two volumes that define a gap.
The 65 houses have been divided into two bodies of PB +4 to close the set. The parking, 2 floors, occupies the entire surface below ground. Plants 1, 2, 3, i 4 are identical: 6 vertical communication cores are in the inner courtyard allowing access to 14 apartments per floor, in groups of 2 or 3 apartments per floor. In the ground floor completes the program requested by the provision of 9 houses. The remaining area is intended to 6 dual access lobbies (street and yard) and the parking ramp.
Except of the corner type, the bedrooms are distributed to the street facade and the living rooms, kitchens and terraces in front yard. This decision reflects the possibility of opening and domestication offered by the yard. Inside the houses has been rationalized the situation of the nuclei and facilities services, compacting the kitchen units, bathroom and laundry.
