Like the echo of a drum, the Djembé collection is designed for repetition, creating musical compositions of light. A bell-shaped ceiling fixture with an exposed interior, Djembé is available in a numerous sizes and bright, airy colors that can be used individually or combined to create a brilliant statement piece. Using a rotomolding technique allowed the designer, Joan Gaspar, to design a fixture with vastly different interiors and exteriors: its outside recalls the texture of a stone, giving off a perception of great weight, emphasized by its volume. In the spacious interior you’ll find a smooth, white space perfect for the reflection of light. Djembé is a lamp designed for use in public spaces that seeks to bring beauty and an unbeatable quality of light.

The Flow family celebrates its tenth year with the creation of a product with great visual impact. Created with steel rods and characterised by special finishes, the outline the volume, exalting the timeless shape of a product that has become an icon of international modern design. Pendulum lamps by Marianne Brandt and Hans Przyrembel. Between 1924 and 1928, Marianne Brandt designed – in addition to smaller articles for common use such as ashtrays, china, etc. – quite a number of table, wall and pendulum lamps, which were also manufactured industrially in this period. For reproducing the pendulum lamps we had access to old catalogs, with exact specifications, as weIl as to two old models, one from the collection in the Bauhaus Archives in Berlin. Faced with the challenge of lighting very large spaces, this year the Djembé collection is growing in every sense of the word: starting in 2020, we are introducing new ceiling and pendant versions that are over a meter in diameter, featuring the same finishes as the rest of the collection. The pendant version is notable for its intense visual impact, combining beauty and strength as it projects large amounts of indirect light.

The frame is a welded steel construction with rods in polish, satin chrome or bonded Rilsan. Seat cushions secure to chair with lock-snaps. The unupholstered chair in Rilsan are also appropriate for outdoor environments. The side chair frame is available in polish or satin chrome, and black or white Rilsan finishing.
