Join our Online Master Class, in which Founders of O+A, Primo Orpilla and Verda Alexander will discuss emerging changes in the workplace through the lens of the firm's most recent design projects, including Uber and Yelp. They will challenge current trends and notions on collaboration, the open office, and technology as a major catalyst for change in office design and will demonstrate a new way of working that offers "complete customization" of a workspace.
Biography of the speakers:
Orpilla and Alexander are cofounders of Studio O+A of the renowned San Francisco design firm responsible for groundbreaking offices at Facebook, Microsoft, Aol, Yelp, Samsung, TATA, Levi Strauss, among others. A leader in the field of workplace environments with an emphasis on “democratic design,” O+A’s expansive, open-plan offices have become a signature look for forward-thinking tech innovators. Studio O+A’s designs have received many distinguished awards in the architectural field and last year, Contract Magazine named Primo Orpilla and Verda Alexander Designers of the Year.
