Text description provided by the architects. Three very small houses built according to the strict building rules of the park where the introduction of a grass roof meant a major innovation. In collaboration with the contractor, a prototype was developed that would eventually be repeated with small alterations.
In the facades, an idiosyncratic play of proportions, geometries and secondary elements like canopies and downpipes gives the constructions a strong personality.
Due to the close collaboration with the contractor an almost furniture like detailing was made possible. Like this every house answers to the owners' lifestyle and offers a unique interior in a mostly standardized shell.
