Text description provided by the architects. Situated along the steep hills of the Laguna Beach coastline, this single family residence takes advantage of breathtaking ocean views from high above. A light metal roof covers the two story house providing shade and protection while framing the spectacular views from its terraces.
The house is divided into two levels for adaptation to the topography and provides open and generous living spaces.
The upper level consists of living and dining areas adjacent to a large open kitchen. Along the west side an outdoor terrace blends the interior space of the house with the outside views. It's low profile design hugs the existing topography while exposing the interiors to the expansive views.
